Hey, I’m Charisma — I’m all about smooth skin and helping people feel confident in their own skin. My goal is to make every wax quick, comfortable, and maybe even fun (yes, it’s possible). I’m a licensed cosmetologist with 6 years of waxing experience, and I genuinely love what I do. My clients say I’m thorough — I don’t leave any hairs behind. I once had a new client tell me that out of her 18 years of getting waxed, I was the most thorough and least painful waxer she’s ever had. I especially love working with first-timers and new waxers — making that first experience a pleasant one is one of my favorite parts of the job. And I love catching up with my returning clients just as much; it’s honestly one of my favorite parts of the day. I purposely made this space comfortable, relaxing, and fun so you actually enjoy your appointments, not just tolerate them. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside specifically for you. I understand that schedule conflicts happen; however, to protect my business, I require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation & Late Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved exclusively for you. To protect my schedule and other clients, the following rules apply to all bookings: • 8-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD: If you are more than 8 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled as a no-show. An abbreviated service may be offered if time permits, but the full service price will still apply. • 24-HOUR CANCELLATION: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • NO-SHOWS: Missing your appointment without any notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. By booking, you authorize these charges if the policy is violated. Thank you for respecting my time and business!
